I am a senior HR practitioner with a successful track record in contemporary business practice within public & private companies, including not for profit organisations, in Australia and New Zealand. For over 18 years my career has focused on Human Resources roles encompassing strategic & operational Human Resources, employment & industrial relations, organisational design, learning & development, workforce planning and coaching.
While I am a self-confessed life-long learner I enjoy sharing my insights as I mentor key stakeholders to deliver on key business priorities. I am a passionate, engaging HR professional driven to influence & transform an organisation’s culture for the better by initiating innovative approaches to supporting an organisation’s people goals.

My diverse experience spans a range of businesses from SME to large corporate entities predominantly across professional services, hospitality, education and not for profit sectors. Drawing on this experience I collaborate with you to ensure your business is set for success in developing HR solutions that champion sound people practices for both legislative compliance and employee engagement. I will partner with you to devise strategies that support the range of stages of the employee life cycle to attract, develop and retain high performing talent.



I believe that the key to individual, team & organisational success is achieved through coaching. One of my greatest passions is to support people, teams and organisations to realise their true potential as individuals & utilise those talents to support an organisation to achieve their vision. Under pinned by neuroscience brain based coaching principles I adopt a strengths based results driven approach in supporting transformational change through a suite of 1:1 & team based coaching options.

Learning & Development

I have extensive experience in designing learning initiatives that support & enhance both capability and skill in the leadership behaviours and management tools needed for success in contemporary business practice. I will engage with you to undertake a learning needs analysis to initially scope & define, before proceeding to design & develop, deliver & evaluate training solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of your business.  Learning programs are available from foundational to mastery level through multi modal delivery including self paced, workshop or online. I am also available for key note speaking events.
